Renfrew County and District Health Department (RCDHU) is not reporting any new COVID-19 infections today, but two residents are currently hospitalized for the virus No further information has been released about the two people

Information released this afternoon (Monday, Jan. February 2021) were exchanged by the local health unit, showing 306 confirmed cases, 300 of which were resolved and two died

The four active cases are from the Madawaska Valley parish and Brudenell, Lyndoch, and Raglan parish

With local businesses reopening this week, RCDHU’s Acting Medical Officer Robert Cushman says it doesn’t mean we can give up our vigilance – he advises residents to stay home unless it is essential Purposes, avoid social gatherings, minimize travel between areas with different rules, and limit close contact with your household
