Between new relationships, spilled secrets and even the possible death of the mega-character, a lot has happened in Season 2 of A Million Little Things but it’s been several months since the show wrapped, and over a year since the second season premiered so given all the chaos IRL that’s Since unfolded, you may need to refresh before diving into Season 3. Delila and Eddie’s relationship is over, but that doesn’t change the fact that they share their daughter: Charlie is determined that there are no lies between him and his wife, Catherine, Eddie admits the truth. Catherine was at first so upset that she left, but eventually she came home. Sometimes she offered to watch the child.

At the end of the season, Eddie and Catherine decide to renew their vow to prove their commitment to each other.

Now that Maggie is cancer-free and on the mend, she begins to realize that she doesn’t know how to be with Gary without their relationship being all about cancer. Cracks begin to form early in the season, but are broken wide open by a man named Eric (played by Jason Ritter), who has a donor heart. Chad’s brother Maggie writes him a letter, and after learning that he also lives in the Boston area, comes She and Maggie visited him

Maggie finally confessed her feelings for Gary before she left for a fellowship in England, but he told her it was too late that he was with Darcy now and wanted to see how it was done just before leaving Maggie’s plane, he met her at the airport to apologize and said he still wanted us to be Friends – although it is clear that they want more than that and cannot access the same page

Now that her husband is dead and she is no longer meeting Eddie, Delilah decides to start dating a little. She goes on a date with Andrew, the investor in her restaurant, thinking that they are able to relate to the fact that they are widows, but she learns that Andrew’s wife is still alive. Even though Regina thinks she doesn’t want to have a baby, she changed her mind and agreed to adopt a child with Roma and they find a woman named Eve set to go into labor really soon, but there’s one complication: Her ex-husband Derek doesn’t know she’s pregnant. He’s been Abusive, and Eve escaped from him not long before Derek finds her, and Eve terrified agrees to go with him in an attempt to get him to willingly sign his parental rights. She succeeded in this task and implied that she would be in the bathroom long enough for Regina to save her. Yves arrives at a safe house and issues a restraining order, while Roma frightens Derek forever

When Eve goes into labor, Regina and Rome feel excited to name their newborn baby John, but Eve changes her mind and decides to raise the baby alone. Roma and Regina are crushed in the midst of the adoption journey. Roma also lost his mother and decided to produce an autobiographical film about his struggle with mental health.


Lindsay, who also suffered from alcoholism, is newly conscious and ready to be a part of her brother’s life again but unwittingly puts Eddie into a downward spiral when she attends her childhood home on the lake It’s where they used to party when they were younger and where they drowned Their friend Alex, as soon as Eddie mentioned the lake house, had a dream about drinking on a boat with John, who then falls into the water.
